Class on Friday was so fun! I love teaching eager people about Herbs. 🌿🌿🌿🌿
We made a Parasite Cleanse tincture, with a number of my own secret ingredients. Black Walnut is a for sure ingredient, but there are literally dozens of herbs that are anthelmintic (kill and expel parasites). I also shared my method of doing a parasite cleanse, which includes the diet you want to have and length of time on the cleanse.
ASK ME ABOUT THE RECORDED CLASS✨✨
IF you would like to get some of my extracts from recent classes they are priced as follows:
Anti-Parasitic Extract $33 for 8 oz. jelly jar
ALSO
Elderberry Syrup $25 for 8oz. jelly jar
*I add some other spices like nutmeg to my elderberry syrup. It is delicious! 🍇🍇🍇
Poke Root/ Berry extract $23 for 2oz. bottle. Poke is a lymphatic cleanser, and blood cleansing herb. It is a powerful Native American herbal medicine.
Message me on this page if you would like to order. Supplies are LIMITED! See less

I have often had people tell me they are a bit confused as to what I offer. I know! I have thought many times- why can't I just be like so and so who does one thing and is really good at it. I have always had A LOT of interests. I have always had multiple passions and hobbies. It has been very difficult for me to narrow down, and focus on a few things to become expert. I actually think it is wonderful to be multifaceted. Here are some of the greats who studied in many arenas:
-Michaelangelo
-Da Vinci
-Hildegard of Bingen (herbalist)
-Benjamin Franklin
-Aristotle
-Avicenna

Do I dare compare myself to these masters? Possibly 😉 in the sense that I have wanted to be a Master of Herbs, and a Master of healing.

Over the years I have taught essential oils, herbs, art, and everything in between. I love reading, writing, hiking, traveling, history, sports, travel, cooking, drawing, collecting antiques, and so much more. I often feel like I need a dozen lifetimes to do everything I love.

I share the art I make, and it is woven into my Herbal offerings because we are multifaceted beings. Most of us have FORGOTTEN this. I share some pictures of my daughter, and my sons were like this as children. Children play. They make art. They explore. They daydream and invent.

Along the way- we foget! We forget who we are.

When I sit with people for Herbal Consultation or for Chakra balancing- I ask them what their hobbies are. I ask them what they like to do CREATIVELY.

Now not everyone who creates is in good health. There are many reasons for the health of a person. But I will tell you this. People who do not create and are bored with themselves and life, almost always have health issues.

Creating opens us up to the flow of life! This is what I hope to impress upon my children and the people I work with.

So I hope you can bear with me and follow along as I go back and forth between my herbs and my art. I do this to create balance in my life. I do this to fully express myself, and I do this because I can't decide which I like better. I like both the same!

What do you create? What would you like to make but don't??
