β€œI started my weight loss journey at 237 lbs, and today I’m 160 lbs! Over the last year and a half, this journey has been about so much more than just the number on the scale.

I wanted to get healthier for my kids, feel better about myself, and get my confidence back. One of the biggest things for me is that I’m not hiding behind my kids in family pictures anymore. I finally feel confident being in the picture with them!

Along the way, I’ve focused on eating healthier, getting enough protein, and tracking my steps. Not only have I lost 77 pounds, but I was also able to come off my blood pressure medication about a year ago.
