14 months of dedication, healthier habits, and rediscovering confidence. ❀️ This client’s journey is a reminder that weight loss is about so much more than the number on the scaleβ€”it’s about feeling comfortable, confident, and happy in your own skin again!
β€œThis journey has been long overdue. When I started I had no self esteem, didn’t want to go out anywhere, I just didn’t like how I looked. I was out of shape, but didn’t have the motivation to do anything. I ate improperly and I ate even when I wasn’t hungry. I craved sweets also. When I started on the injections, I started noticing that I wasn’t as hungry and didn’t crave the sweets. I started becoming aware of what and how much I was eating. I changed my eating habits, nothing crazy, just started trying to eat healthier. My husband brought home a recumbent bike one day and I started using that. I feel so much better about myself now. I’m not ashamed to go out. I’m in better shape and I’m happier with myself. I’m more disciplined now with food. I’m so much happier now that I have my weight under control.
