Making time for self care can be very challenging between work, kids, appointments and other responsibilities, but it's important to schedule time to refill your cup. What are the tasks we can put off til tomorrow? Who can you delegate to dos to? How can you hold boundaries with others to avoid taking on too much and burning out?
