After going off estrogen blockers that I was on following radiation for my breast in 2020 I was determined to take my weight off!
Started my weight loss journey on 2/2/26 lost 7 pounds & have to my husband measure me since I am my own coach! Enjoying my meals & getting at least 64 ounces of water in a day
