On 30 June 2026, the Full Moon rises in the deep hush of the night, reaching fullness in the UK at 12:57am BST.
This moon is known as the Strawberry Moon, a name carried from old seasonal traditions, tied to ripening fruit, red sweetness, summer growth, fertile earth, warm soil, abundance, harvest, and the first signs of nature offering back what has been planted.
Yet this Strawberry Moon arrives with a quieter mystery.
It is also a micro Full Moon.
That means the moon is farther away from Earth than usual, appearing slightly smaller in the sky, as though she is watching from a distance, glowing with softness rather than force.
Not every Full Moon comes roaring.
Some arrive like a whisper.
Some do not shake the ground.
Some stand back and ask you to notice what has already grown, what has quietly survived, what has ripened in secret, and what no longer needs to be carried into the next cycle.
The Strawberry Moon is a moon of sweetness, fulfilment, desire, heart healing, emotional release, attraction, love magic, prosperity work, gratitude, sensuality, beauty, fertility, growth, and abundance.
It asks what is ready to be gathered.
It asks what has finally come into bloom.
It asks where your energy has been feeding something that gives nothing back.
In witchcraft, the Full Moon is a time of illumination, manifestation, cleansing, spellwork, divination, charging crystals, moon water, candle magic, protection work, cord cutting, release rituals, altar devotion, ancestral prayer, dream work, shadow work, oracle readings, and deep energetic clearing.
The moon does not create what is false.
She reveals what has been hidden.
She pulls truth from the shadows.
She lights up the places we avoid.
She shows us what our spirit already knows.
Under this Strawberry Moon, the energy feels rich, emotional, fertile, and revealing. This is a powerful time to work with rose petals, strawberries, honey, basil, lavender, jasmine, cinnamon, red candles, pink candles, white candles, clear quartz, rose quartz, moonstone, selenite, bowls of water, handwritten petitions, mirror work, and offerings of gratitude.
Place your crystals beneath the moonlight.
Make moon water with intention.
Write down what you are ready to release.
Speak your desires over a candle flame.
Cleanse your altar.
Open a window.
Let old energy leave.
Call your power back.
Thank the version of yourself who kept going when no one saw the work happening beneath the surface.
Since this is a micro Full Moon, its lesson is not only about power.
It is about perspective.
Sometimes distance shows us what closeness could not.
Sometimes stepping back reveals the pattern.
Sometimes the thing we chased loses its glamour when we see it beneath lunar light.
This moon reminds us that manifestation is not only about calling things in. It is also about knowing what must no longer receive your magic, your devotion, your attention, your longing, or your life force.
The Strawberry Moon carries the medicine of ripening.
Not rushing.
Not forcing.
Not begging the seed to become fruit before its time.
It teaches that growth has a hidden season, roots have a sacred darkness, and what is meant to bloom will not always announce itself loudly.
So on this Full Moon, ask yourself what has ripened within me.
What am I ready to receive.
What sweetness have I denied myself.
What emotional weight has reached its ending.
What truth is glowing in the dark.
What spell has already begun working behind the veil.
This is a night for soft power, lunar magic, sacred release, abundance rituals, heart healing, spiritual cleansing, intuitive messages, dream signs, feminine energy, inner knowing, and returning to the wisdom of your own body.
The Strawberry Moon does not ask you to become someone new.
She asks you to notice what has already changed.
She asks you to stop calling your growth invisible just because it happened quietly.
She asks you to gather what is yours.
On 30 June, light the candle.
Write the petition.
Charge the water.
Cleanse the threshold.
Speak the prayer.
Release the old story.
Stand beneath the moon and remember that even when she appears smaller, she is still whole.
And so are you.
Blessings 🍓
