Becky Niles Coaching - Beyond Nutrition Community I’m Becky, founder of the Beyond Nutrition Community. Let’s rebuild together. My name is Rebecca Niles, I am from a small rural Nebraska town.

I coach people how to break free from diet culture & exhaustion by resetting their rhythm through light, sleep, food & nervous system support—real wellness, no gimmicks. I am a daughter, sister, wife and a mother to great kids. I started using EO when family suggested it for a skin condition with one of our kids. When it was healed up in a week I was hooked. So now I am starting doTERRA as an advo

cate to help others as it has helped me & my families health & wellness. Please remember I am not a Doctor I am just out to help share information and a natural product which has helped us. If you have a serious healthcare need please seek a healthcare professional as I can not diagnose or prescribe for you. Any application of the information on my page is for informational purposes only and this is a waiver of any liability of me.

😏 Today's Imperfect Workout Check-In

Because apparently if you don't post it... it didn't happen. 😉

Today's workout wasn't about perfect form, perfect conditions, or even a perfect plan.

It was about showing up anyway.

Bands came out.
Lower body got some attention.
A little strength.
A little "that'll do, Becky."

The funny thing about consistency is that it doesn't care whether your workout is Instagram-worthy.

It only cares that you did it.

So here's your reminder:

💪 Imperfect workouts count.
💪 Modified workouts count.
💪 Short workouts count.
💪 The workout you almost skipped but did anyway counts the most.

Today's score:
✅ Movement happened
✅ Muscles worked
✅ Excuses lost

And that's a win in my book.

Happy Anniversary to my favorite adventure partner. ❤️

Looking back, it's amazing to see the beautiful family we've built together not just the one we started, but the people we've welcomed into our lives and grown to love as our own.

Through the years we've shared countless memories, adventures, road trips, laughter, challenges, celebrations, and all the ordinary moments that somehow became the most meaningful. We've grown, changed, learned, and continued choosing each other through every season.

Watching our family grow, seeing the bonds we've created & our kids are creating in their lives, and experiencing life side by side has been one of my greatest blessings.

As excited as I am for all the memories we've made, I'm even more excited for what's still ahead. New adventures, new chapters, and more moments together.

I wouldn't want to do this life with anyone else.

Happy Anniversary, Honey. Thank you for being my best friend, my biggest supporter(most of the time 😜), and the person I still choose every single day.

Here's to us, our family, grandparenthood and all the adventures still to come. ❤️✨

And I want to ask you something before it does.

☀️ FIGURE IT OUT FRIDAY ☀️
Before I make a grocery list... Before I start scrolling Pinterest... Before I ask myself, "What's for dinner?" for the 37th time...

I start with one simple question:
👉 What do I already have on hand?
This week I took inventory of my freezer, fridge, and pantry first.
Not to create elaborate recipes. Not to spend hours meal prepping.
Just to create a simple plan using the foods I already have available.

My process is simple:
✔️ Figure out what I have on hand
✔️ Build breakfasts and lunches first
✔️ Plan dinners later
When most of my meals are already decided, I spend less money, waste less food, and make healthier choices throughout the week.

Breakfast Ideas:
• Classic Farm Breakfast
• Sunrise Oats & Eggs
• Bacon & Sweet Potato Hash
• Sausage Breakfast Plate
• Garden Egg Scramble
• Nebraska Spring Bowl
• Salmon & Eggs
• Simple Protein Breakfast

Lunch Ideas:
• Spring Chicken Bowl
• Turkey & Cauliflower Skillet
• Salmon Sweet Potato Plate
• Nebraska Spring Lamb Plate
• Ground Chicken Spring Bowl

The goal isn't perfection. The goal is creating enough structure that healthy choices become easier. Sometimes the best meal plan starts with opening the freezer and working with what you've already got.

What's one thing in your freezer, pantry, or fridge that you could build a meal around this week? 👇

There was a season where my hair felt brittle, fragile, thin, and honestly… like my body was waving a white flag. Between thyroid struggles, stress, hormonal shifts, and my health journey, my hair reflected exactly what was happening internally.
And if you’ve been through major health changes or significant weight loss, you know how common it is for hair to become one of the first things impacted.
I tried SO many things over the years. “No poo” methods. Avoiding shampoo altogether. Nutrition changes. Supplements. Different routines. Basically everything.
And honestly… being a mom adds another layer too 😂

Because let’s be real kids LOVE playing “hair salon.” Between brushing too hard, tangles, pulling, clips, ponytails, and little hands constantly wanting to style your hair, brittle hair can snap and break so easily. There were times I genuinely worried more hair would end up in their toy brush than stay on my head.
But over this last year, something shifted. Not just because of one product… But because I started supporting my body differently as a whole. Better habits. More consistency. Less stress signaling. More nourishment. More alignment.

And alongside that, I started consistently using MONAT for my scalp and hair care.
The biggest confirmation came recently from my beautician. Without me prompting anything, she said: “I’ve definitely noticed positive things like healthy-looking new growth around your hairline, good overall fullness, and your hair maintaining its integrity really well through color services. Your hair looks strong, healthy, and resilient.” She also reminded me of something important: Hair health is usually influenced by a combination of things scalp care, stress, habits, nutrition, wellness, and consistency over time.
And honestly… that’s exactly what I believe too.
No single product replaces foundations. But supportive products absolutely matter.
For me, MONAT has become part of that support system and part of the routine that’s helped my hair feel healthier, stronger, and more resilient again.
