A little extra beauty and appreciation for our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). 💐

To celebrate CNA Week, Ridge Crest residents and CNAs came together to create beautiful bouquets in honor of our dedicated care team.

CNAs on duty had the opportunity to make their own arrangements, while those working evening shifts received a special bouquet lovingly created by a resident.

🎉 Celebrating and a major milestone at Ridge Crest! Congratulations to the first graduating class of our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program, offered in partnership with the Connecticut Health Career Institute.

This inaugural group completed their coursework and hands-on training right here in our community, then put their skills into practice during clinical experiences at Ridge Crest. We are proud to support the next generation of caregivers and grateful to our associates, instructors and partners who helped make this program a success.

Water aerobics supports flexibility, balance and strength while easing stress on the joints—making movement feel more accessible and refreshing.

At Ridge Crest at Meadow Ridge, the pool is open to all residents, with support as needed. Many are assisted by aides and those in Memory Care can participate with supervision for safety. With a pool lift to support mobility, water-based exercise is an inclusive, effective option—especially for arthritis or musculoskeletal conditions.
