ow that birth is an opportunity to transcend. To rise above what we are accustomed to, reach deeper inside ourselves than we are familiar with, and to see not only what we are truly made of, but the strength we can access in and through birth. I believe that childbirth is an essential right of passage, one that is transformative, and that creates memories that stay with us for a lifetime. My goal is to help parents prepare for this process through evidence-based education and personalized emotional support. With these tools, new parents can achieve a satisfying birth experience and begin their parenting journey with a sense of strength and self-confidence. Moreover, as your Doula, I am eager to pass on the knowledge and skills I’ve gathered to the families I serve.
