We are living in an age where people are outsourcing their inner life
to screens, algorithms, and machines.
Mental illness is rising.
Loneliness is rising.
Disconnection is rising.
And I keep watching people search for answers
outside of themselves —
when the most sophisticated guidance system
they will ever have
is already running inside them.
Your nervous system knows.
Your gut knows.
Your body has been sending signals
since the day you were born.
We just forgot how to listen.
Not because we’re broken.
Because we were never taught.
The good news?
It’s a skill. Not a gift.
It can be relearned.
At any age. At any stage.
That changes now.
