Be Spa is a sanctuary for mind, body, and soul.

Located in South Redondo/Hermosa area, near the pier/beach. We specialize in Float Therapy
(Sensory Deprivation), Whole Body Cryotherapy,
and LED/Red Light Therapy, with more to come.

Looking for part time employees and interns who
have experience with meditation and eastern
philosophies. Added plus if you have any experience
with any of the actual services we provide.
General tasks include taking a personal interest in
our clients' well being and normal operational
duties. The ability to provide great service is the
most important attribute we admire.

🙏Being able to spread awareness about the transformative benefits of float therapy has been a life’s blessing for Be Spa. It still amazes us how many people utilize the bePod as a powerful tool for self-care and wellness. Even more amazing how many people have never floated before, let alone heard of it.

Whenever you need a timeout, we got you. Be Spa was created to be a personal wellness sanctuary in the South Bay. A place where you can focus on you and reconnect on a different level.

We look forward to seeing all of your familiar faces, as well as all of the new souls we meet in 2022. Wishing everyone another year of continued personal growth, gratitude, and self-love!

💕Friendly reminder: When we’re living in our thoughts, we become unconscious to the present moment and everything around us. Many of times we worry about the future in our thoughts and self-inflict unnessesary suffering and anxieties. The future does not exist in the Now. We can also relive past memories and events of the past. Again, at times creating unnecessary suffering and pain by evading the present moment without complete acceptance of the Now.

It’s up to us to embrace the eternal Now as deeply as possible and be aware of our thoughts in this very moment, rather then participating in those thoughts. By creating this separation, we are truly aware and present, and we become truly conscious.

Whether you’re meditating in the float tank, listening to a song, talking with a friend, or even driving.. Become fully engaged with what you are doing and just be.
