As Labor Day comes to a close, I couldn’t let the day end without saying THANK YOU. 💜

C.O.R.E. Bungee Fitness may be my small business, but it certainly doesn’t run because of just one person.

I am so grateful for our incredible instructors who bring their own energy, talents, ideas, and personalities into the studio. And I’m equally thankful for the people behind the scenes who help with all the little—and not so little—things it takes to keep a small business going.

And of course, thank you to every person who walks through our doors, takes a class, brings a friend, shares a post, or simply supports and encourages us.

There is a lot of work behind this little studio, but there is also a whole lot of heart. 💜
