As a reminder, we continue to offer infrared sauna services in our private suite by appointment. Packages and online booking are available.

Moving into the new year my bodywork services will be increasing by $10. Please let me know if you have any questions. I have not raised my rates in over 5 years and feel it is time to align with more current pricing for my industry. Thank you for your understanding and support.
