We are excited to announce Dr. Heather Girvin and Dr. Abigail Wilson will be presenting at the 2026 EAL Summit™ from November 5–7 at Storm Harbor Equestrian Center in Slippery Rock, PA.

This is a great opportunity to connect with others in the equine-assisted learning and leadership development communities, share practical insights, and learn from peers doing meaningful work in the field.

We had such an incredible Saturday with an amazing group of women! HERd focused on movement, mindfulness, and community. We started with yoga with Alax , focused on breath, boundaries, and leadership with horses, practiced the expressive arts through writing, Cristina Virmani Art led a watercolor activity, Excelsior Bodywork Ellie led us in healthy movement, we created jewelry with the help of Savannah Gregoris , and finally we left behind burdens through our Phoenix Project. We want to thank everyone that attended, led a session, and helped with this group! We also want to give a special thank you to those that donated items for our gift bags including West Bard Sarah Bard, Lisa at Anchored Felt Lisa Wittlinger , Carol for her soap making, adeline potter Caroline Claudia for your artwork, Megan Archibald for cookies, and Lumina Bodywork for your donation!
