My wonderful West Coast Control Pilates by Dani will always hold a special place in my heart. Today was our last in-person mat class, but thankfully I’ll still get to see you all on Zoom!

Thank you for all the beautiful cards, the love, and the support you have given me throughout the years. You have been so much more than clients... you have become family.

I am deeply grateful for every class, every laugh, every challenge, and every friendship we’ve shared. Thank you for being such an important part of this incredible journey. ❤️

I just watched America’s Got Talent Season 21, Audition 4, and Simon Cowell gave the Golden Buzzer to Ruben Roldan — a 23‑year‑old from Spain who lost his left leg in a tractor accident. His performance on the show was Parkour… and you’d think that would be nearly impossible for someone with only one leg, but no.

Ruben knows that his body can heal more than it can hurt, that his body can do more than any of us ever expected, that his body can adapt to a new life and still be strong.

So what’s your excuse?
Lower back pain? Arthritis? A few crashes or impact trauma here and there?

Class today was amazing! Mat class with the ball as our prop — and this group absolutely crushed it. These wonderful wonder women make me proud every single day. They challenge themselves on the mat, they grow, and they show up with so much heart. I truly love what I do.
