Alpine Wellness is looking for a full-time, in-person Patient Care Coordinator – Patient Relations & Growth to join our Reno team.

We’re looking for someone who is warm, organized, confident on the phone, great with people, and really good at follow-up.

This role works with both new and existing patients—answering questions, discussing services and next steps, following up on recommendations, and helping patients move forward with care.

This is not a clinical role and not primarily a front-desk position.

Full-time in Reno, with a few days per month in Minden.

Healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
