Pre-diabetes is one of the most common reasons for these symptoms, although of course not the only one. The truth is, a lot of us feel drained and tired, and missing our youthful zing when we felt invincible and maybe did not know how to appreciate the good health we had. Now we look back and wonder where it has all gone.

What do I mean by ‘Just live’ to help you feel better, more energized and reverse pre-diabetes along with risk factors that will otherwise wreak havoc on your health over time?

Ancient ways of life that are practiced in the Blue Zones to this day can teach us a lot. Blue Zones are a handful of places on earth with the highest per capita rate of centenarians and nonagenarians, and the lowest rates of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, and lowest rates of cancer. But how?

Blue Zone research has uncovered the Power 9 (see this link here: https://www.bluezones.com/ ) - 9 major habits all the Blue Zones have in common that seem to promote good health over a long life span.
