Meet Bella, an Advanced EMT who has been part of the Tech Med family since October and is currently working toward becoming a paramedic. Even while on call, Bella is putting in the work, studying hard, and continuing to build her skills so she can provide the highest level of care to our communities.

Her dedication, passion, and drive are exactly what make Tech Med special. We believe in supporting our employees both professionally and personally, and we’re honored to be part of Bella’s journey as she continues to grow in the medical field.

EMS isn't for everyone. It's not a job you clock into and forget about when you go home. It takes a certain kind of person, one who feels fear just like everyone else, but chooses to push through it anyway because someone else needs them to.

Every shift, our providers face the unknown. Every call is different. Every patient is someone's person. And yet they show up ready, focused, and committed to doing what's right.

What a time we had at the Northern Nevada Sierra EMS Week BBQ! 🍖🔥

There is nothing better than getting to step back, share a meal, and celebrate the incredible people who make up this community. EMS Week is always a special time of year and this year did not disappoint. Getting to spend it alongside so many passionate, hardworking providers was an honor we do not take for granted.

To the Northern Nevada Sierra EMS community, thank you for having us! The work you do every single day is extraordinary and you deserve every bit of this celebration and so much more. 🙌

We had such an amazing time at the Nurses Fair a few weeks ago and we are still talking about it! 🎉

Getting to connect with so many incredible nurses, answer questions, and share what Technical Medical is all about, was truly the highlight of our week. The energy in that room was unmatched. The nursing community in our area is passionate, driven, and absolutely dedicated to their patients.

To everyone who stopped by our booth, thank you! It means the world to us to connect with the people on the front lines of care. You are the reason we do what we do.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor the men and women who gave everything in service to this country. Their sacrifice was not just a moment in time; it is the reason so many of us are able to do what we do today.

At Technical Medical, we are grateful. Grateful for the freedom to serve our communities, to support our EMS providers, and to show up every day in a country protected by those who were willing to lay down their lives for it.
To the fallen, thank you. You are not forgotten.

A huge thank you to Incline Village Community Hospital for the thoughtful gift basket and for recognizing our crew. The partnerships we build throughout our communities are what make this work so meaningful.
