Next month, I become the student again. ✨
Earlier this year, I received my own Life Activation and next month I enter Healers Academy to begin my initiation into learning this work.

Life Activation is a spiritual modality within the King Solomon lineage, traditionally described as a 22-strand DNA activation designed to awaken the divine blueprint, deepen connection with the Higher Self + support greater clarity, vitality and spiritual development.

And this feels like such a full-circle moment.
Because so much of this past year has been about remembering that expansion isn't just collecting more information.

It's experiencing.
Integrating.
Discerning.
And then learning how to hold what you're actually called to carry.

We explore your Soul Aura, Soul Wound, current evolution, and how your energy is resonating with your relationships + environments.

This is basically how I knew this one was worth staying for. ✨

Manifestation can come dressed up as what you want and still be a lesson. Your karmic patterns get louder before they get quieter.

When I consciously walked away from something I thought I wanted, I wasn't second-guessing myself. I was listening to myself.

And then he showed up.

Looking exactly like my vision board. Acting exactly like the man I'd asked for. The real life perseus, one that looks into my eyes and somehow knows exactly what I need in that moment ✨

People pleasing is a cord.

And when you cut it, the silence that follows doesn't always feel like freedom. Sometimes it feels like doubt. Like maybe you should have said less, smiled more, made it easier for them to stay.

That's the cord still talking.

Standing in your light when someone is actively disrespecting you isn't aggression. It's not ego. It isn't something you need to apologize for or soften on their behalf. It's the most direct path back to yourself.

The people who call it villainous are the ones who needed you smaller to feel comfortable. That's information, not instruction.

You were never supposed to dim yourself so someone else could stay close.

If your first instinct after holding your ground is to wonder if you were too much, you probably could have been even more.

More confidence. More clarity. More you.

The cord doesn't get cut because you stopped loving someone. It gets cut because the agreement that said your worth was conditional on their comfort is no longer one you're willing to keep.
