Life is short, but we have the opportunity to build something truly meaningful if we stay focused on what actually matters and lead with kindness.

I came across this quote recently that can benefit our world if we let it lead us:

“If the words you spoke appeared on your skin, would you still be beautiful?”

It’s so easy to get caught up in the noise, be distracted by constant negativity, or measure our behind-the-scenes life to everyone else’s highlight reel. However, someone else’s choices or success isn't your benchmark. You have the power to build a life on your own terms, anchored in your own values and vision.

For me, that comes down to 3 primary principles:

✨ Kindness. Make it your default. How you treat the world around you is what ultimately lasts.

✨ Pure Intention. WHY you do something matters just as much as what you do. Your WHY matched with good intentions will lead you down the right path.

✨ Drive & Determination. Pursuing your goals in the time you’ve been given is a privilege. Time is a gift, don't waste it by limiting yourself and your capabilities.

Tune out the comparisons. Nothing will compare to who YOU are. Everyone has their own light, and it should always be allowed to SHINE. The only real comparison you should have is who you were yesterday.

Focus on your intention, show up with a good heart, and build a life that actually matters to YOU.

This trademarking journey was a progressive process that began over five years ago when I set out to legally protect my brand. I’m sharing this milestone today to highlight the value of trademarking your business, in hopes of helping other entrepreneurs grow and safeguard their work.

When you start building a brand in any industry, legally protecting your IP (Intellectual Property) is important, especially for small businesses.

The second segment of the BTS on the final day of the May ATS Certification Course, hosted by Jada Smith and Tracy Savage.

This shows that comprehensive training can, and should, be fun! When you allow yourself to laugh, stress eases away, and the learning continues in a positive way.

Every single class authentically builds its own unique dynamic, and this group was no exception! From Tracy’s “special vocabulary” additions, to Fro-Yo (frozen yogurt) runs after class.

I’m beyond proud of the dedication (and laughter) this group brought every step of the way, and it makes me smile to watch these videos. ❤️
