📍 Reno: Join our Diabetes Self-Management Workshop to learn practical tools for managing diabetes, improving your health, and living well. Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been managing diabetes for years, you'll gain valuable knowledge and support. Family members and support persons are encouraged to attend!

📍 Las Vegas: Our National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) is a CDC-recognized lifestyle change program designed to help adults with prediabetes prevent or delay the onset of Type 2 diabetes through healthy eating, increased physical activity, and lasting behavior changes.
