Our electronic medical record system (eClinicalWorks) has been restored, and we are back up and running.

Thank you to all of our patients for your patience and understanding during today's nationwide outage. We appreciate your grace as we worked through the disruption and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.

Our electronic medical record system (eClinicalWorks) is currently experiencing a nationwide outage. As a result, we may need to reschedule some appointments today.

Unfortunately, because our patient contact information is stored within the system, we are unable to proactively contact affected patients by phone at this time.
