Reading The Way She Leads, featuring a chapter written by our MenoPalz co-founder Debbie McCarthy, was a reminder that many of the qualities corporations claim to value most are often shaped during the most demanding stages of life, including midlife and menopause. This week, part of the MenoPalz team spent the evening by the Truckee River in doing exactly what we teach organizations to recognize: sustainable performance requires environments where people feel supported enough to step away, decompress, and continue to thrive.
