Meet Joanne LaMarca Mathisen, Executive Director and Co-Producer of The M Factor Film series.

A menopause and wellness advocate, coach and former NBC/TODAY Show executive, Jo has spent years helping bring honest, credible conversations about menopause into the mainstream.

That matters because women should not have to piece together answers about what is happening to their bodies, and employers should not be left guessing about how those experiences may be showing up in the workplace.

Jo is bringing that conversation to Reno for Nevada’s first screening of The M Factor 2: Before the Pause, and we are excited to have her here as part of two important days of education, conversation and action.
