National Don’t Fry Day is the perfect time for us to offer a friendly reminder to prep your skin before Memorial Day weekend begins. ☀️ UV exposure is a major risk factor for skin cancer, especially if you have fair skin or a history of sunburn, but protecting your skin can be easy, especially if you follow the steps below:

✅ Seek shade and limit sun between 10 AM–4 PM
✅ Wear SPF 15+ every day (yes, even when it’s cloudy)
✅ Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming or sweating
✅ Choose protective clothing, a wide-brim hat, and UV-blocking sunglasses
✅ Do monthly skin checks and see a dermatologist yearly
