Every day the 340B Prescription Drug Anti-Discrimination Act isn’t law is a day massive for-profit companies will continue to weaken the non-profit and public hospitals, clinics and healthcare services millions of New Yorkers rely on.

HANYS urges New York lawmakers to protect 340B – and protect patients’ access to care. Include the provisions of S.1913/A.6222 in the final state budget.
