ANXIETY ISN’T ALWAYS “JUST IN YOUR HEAD” 🤯
If you struggle with anxiety, you might be experiencing:
• Racing thoughts
• Constant worry
• Feeling overwhelmed
• Trouble relaxing
• Irritability
• Restlessness
• Difficulty focusing
• Poor sleep
• Feeling on edge
• Panic attacks
• Heart palpitations
• Brain fog
• Fatigue
• Feeling emotionally drained
• Fear of things going wrong
• Needing to stay in control
• Feeling stuck or unmotivated
I have learned from my training that anxiety can have many possible contributing factors.
Stress, lack of sleep, blood sugar imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, hormones, gut health, and toxic burden can all play a role.
In my practice, I also look at the possibility of parasite stress on the body.
Parasites may contribute to:
• Sugar cravings
• Carb cravings
• Appetite changes
• Digestive discomfort
• Bloating
• Constipation
• Diarrhea
• Fatigue
• Brain fog
• Poor sleep
• Mood swings
• Irritability
• Feeling anxious or overwhelmed
• Difficulty concentrating
When parasites are present, they can place stress on the body and influence signaling between the gut and brain.
This may affect cravings, energy, mood, and overall well-being.
I often tell clients that when the body is under stress, behaviors can change.
You may find yourself reaching for sugar, struggling with motivation, feeling more emotional, or having difficulty focusing.
The goal is not to blame every symptom on parasites. The goal is to ask better questions and look deeper at what may be contributing to how you feel.
If you have been dealing with anxiety, digestive issues, fatigue, cravings, or brain fog and feel like you keep getting passed around without answers, it may be time to take a closer look at your health from a different perspective.
Stop being passed around. Start getting answers.
