This morning, I had the pleasure of spending time with a wonderful group at The Arc of the Ozarks for a private sound bath session. We shared an hour of relaxation, followed by a thoughtful Q&A and a photo request with one of the participants—it was such a joy to connect with everyone.

Tonight, I’ll be at Local Republic Market for our monthly public sound bath at 6:30. Space is limited, and only a few spots remain. I’d love to see you there for an evening of rest, relaxation, and sound healing.

We’re excited to announce that Duo+One Boutique Clothing is now available at Local Republic Market!

At Duo+One, we believe what you wear matters. That’s why we carefully select pieces made from natural fibers whenever possible. All cotton garments in our collection are made with at least 95% cotton, and you may also find pieces made from other natural fiber materials such as linen, h**p, and viscose.

Many garments on the market today are made primarily from synthetic materials such as polyester and nylon, which are petroleum-based fabrics. While these materials can be durable and inexpensive, they often lack the breathability and comfort that natural fibers provide. Synthetic fabrics can trap heat, retain odors, and may not feel as comfortable against the skin, especially during warmer months.

In addition, synthetic fabrics shed tiny plastic fibers during washing. These microplastics can make their way into waterways and the environment, where they can persist for many years. Emerging research has also raised questions about the potential effects of some plastic-associated chemicals on hormones and endocrine system.

Take a break from the noise of daily life and give yourself an hour to simply be.

Join me tonight from 6:30–7:30 PM at Shine Yoga for an immersive sound bath designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Through the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, you’ll be invited into a state of deep relaxation and restoration.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that will help you get comfortable.
