Midweek peace is closer than you think.

Imagine setting aside one morning a week to stretch gently, breathe deeply, and feel fully present in your body. The Summer 2025 Class Series with Sohum Wellness begins July 9th, and it’s the perfect invitation to slow down and reconnect.

Each 75-minute session includes a calming blend of yoga, joint care, breathwork, and meditation, all guided by wellness coaches Bina Patel and Rupa Shah. No experience is needed. Just bring your mat, water bottle, and an open heart.

Classes take place in person in the Vienna / Reston area, every Wednesday from July 9th to August 6th, 10:30 to 11:45 AM. The full 5-class series is only $40.

Gentle movement like yoga or walking can help reduce tension and boost energy. Try stretching each morning, drinking enough water, and building nourishing meals into your daily routine.
