Need a stretch that kills multiple birds with one stone? Try this one!
Take a BIG step forward with your right foot, straighten both legs, left foot is at a 45 degree angle, square up your hips and shoulders to the front of the room, interlace your fingers behind your back, bend forward like a door hinge from your waist while simultaneously raising your straight arm behind you. Focus on keeping the hips and shoulders square to the front of your mat, or close the gap between the left hip and right big toe.
This is a good stretch for the hamstrings, lower back, shoulders, and biceps.
