The idea of dragon couples tattoos was absolutely delightful and I was THRILLED when Jarrod and his wife Sarah reached out for me to design some for them with each other’s first initial and some rune combos. Wish I could have them side by side to show how they look at each other, but you can kinda get the idea. I love how these turned out and these were some seriously delightful hoomans to get to know! Such a cute couple!☺️🙌🏻💖

I got to do this really cool mythological Hungarian Turul I designed for a seriously cool chick that I loved getting to know during her first tattoo! Love how it turned out!!🥰💖

Soooo this is what teaching yourself something looks like😆🤘🏻. I've dropped these sticks countless
times (and having them all wet and rainy doesn't help), but you just pick the warrior sticks back up and keep swinging😉💀. I use a lot of 'fuhlen' in this (reference to HEMA- Kunst des fechtens), but it is not taught in HEMA like this. We do quarter staffs and pole arms which is also fun with long sword and side sword and grappling, but I, like my brain, am always off on a tangent. I really should experiment with contact staffs. Anyone else in HEMA trying to do contact staff with quarter staffs? One day when I have more stuff mastered I'll do a progress video.💪🏻✌🏻

So proud of my baby girl! She wanted me to teach her this song and she learned it so fast🫶🏻 I love doing this with her, feels so cathartic and full circle💖🥰 Also you can kinda hear my Joshy singing with me a little too🥰💖

If you’ve been wanting to learn some awesome actual historically accurate martial arts with the OG weapons- I HIGHLY recommend joining the Rex HEMA Guild- it is SO much fun and a great way to stay active and make good friends☺️✌🏻🙌🏻 I’ll be helping to teach with the owner and instructor Kyle this next Starter Legion. Hope to see you there!

❗️ Our class schedule has changed due to popular vote!❗️
⚔ We have reintroduced staff and polearms into our practices. 🎉
