Madisonhealth

Madisonhealth Madisonhealth is eastern Idaho’s premier healthcare system, with eight robust clinics working together to provide exceptional care across the region.

The Madison Memorial brand has been well loved throughout the community. Over the years, we've enjoyed great respect and recognition. But we're growing. We're more than a hospital now. We're two of the most robust medical clinics in the area. We're a technologically advanced surgery center. We're an orthopedics practice. A radiology clinic. A rehabilitation center. A Huntsman-affiliated cancer car

e center. And so much more. Our team is more than 700 strong, all of us collaborating to inspire healthy living in our community. And we're joined by a network of 270 providers. "Hospital" no longer describes us. We're a system. We are Madisonhealth.

This week, we’re proud to celebrate National Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) Week! πŸŽ‰πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈπŸ‘¨β€βš•οΈ

This year’s theme, β€œWe’re Unbelievable!”—established by the National Association of Health Care Assistantsβ€”perfectly reflects the extraordinary compassion, dedication, and hands-on care our CNAs provide every single day.

As healthcare colleagues, we know CNAs are central to the heart of patient care.

They:
❀️ Bring comfort during difficult moments
✨ Preserve patient dignity with utmost respect
πŸ’ͺ Offer tireless encouragement
🀝 Create deep, meaningful connections that leave lasting impressions on patients and families alike

To all of our unbelievable CNAs: Thank you for your unwavering dedication, your selflessness, and the incredible heart you bring to every shift. We are so grateful for everything you do, and we are honored to celebrate you this week and all year round! πŸŒŸπŸ‘

🌟 We are excited to announce our Above and Beyond winner this month! 🌟

This award is a peer/patient nominated recognition given monthly to an employee who exemplifies the above and beyond mentality.

This month, we're celebrating Jeremy from the Emergency Department!

For nearly 10 years, Jeremy has served Madisonhealth in a variety of roles, bringing dedication, compassion, and excellence wherever he has been. While we're grateful for every contribution he's made along the way, we're especially glad he has found a home in our Emergency Department.

"Jeremy provided exceptional care throughout our experience with Madisonhealth. From the start, he took the time to clearly explain each step of the process and what we could expect, including how long everything would take. His ability to communicate in a calm, thorough, and understandable way helped ease a lot of uncertainty and made the situation feel much more manageable. He consistently showed genuine kindness and compassion, making sure my family and I were comfortable at all times. His patience and attentiveness created an environment where we felt supported, respected, and well cared for."

When receiving his award, Jeremy humbly shared that while he was honored by the recognition, nursing is a team sport. He emphasized that it takes the collaboration of many departments working together to provide exceptional patient care, a reflection of both his humility and his commitment to teamwork.

Jeremy, your compassion, communication, and team-first mindset make a lasting impact on patients, families, and coworkers alike. Thank you for helping create the Madisonhealth difference every day. πŸ’™

πŸ’™βœ¨ Celebrating Excellence in Nursing βœ¨πŸ’™

During Nurses Week, we had the honor of recognizing the incredible nurses who were nominated for the Nightingale Award, a special recognition that celebrates compassion, professionalism, leadership, advocacy, and the extraordinary impact nurses have on the lives of patients and families.

Each nomination represents a story of kindness, dedication, and a nurse who made someone feel seen, heard, and cared for during moments that mattered most.

To every nurse nominated this year: thank you. Thank you for the long shifts, the comforting words, the clinical expertise, the advocacy, the teamwork, and the heart you bring to healthcare every single day. Your commitment to caring for others does not go unnoticed.

Please join us in celebrating these amazing nurses and the difference they make throughout our hospital and community. πŸ’™

πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’™ What an incredible day at the Teton Dam Marathon!

As the title sponsor of this year's event, Madisonhealth was honored to join our community in commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Teton Dam disaster, a moment in history that forever shaped our region and showcased the resilience, strength, and spirit of the people who call this place home.

We loved spending the day at the park connecting with runners, families, and friends while offering free foot massages and foot, ankle, and knee consultations from our amazing rehabilitation team.

Congratulations to every participant who crossed the starting line, whether you were chasing a personal record, completing your first race, or simply showing up and giving it your all. The dedication, determination, and grit on display were truly inspiring.

Events like this remind us that some of the strongest communities are built when people come together, support one another, and keep moving forward.

Be sure to check out our Stories to see some of Madisonhealth's own Dam Runners in action! πŸ‘ŸπŸŽ‰

✨ Employee Spotlight: Meet Allyx! ✨

At Madisonhealth, we love celebrating the incredible people who make our organization stronger every day, and Allyx is one of them. πŸ’™

Allyx began her journey with us as a Housekeeping Aide in Environmental Services and has grown into her current role as Project Coordinator for IT & Facilities and Employee Verizon Account Administrator.

When asked what helped her grow at Madisonhealth, Allyx shared:

"I've been lucky to have coworkers who have supported my growth in this company and encouraged me to push myself. I worked hard to prove myself to the company, and I'm grateful to have people here who see my potential."

One of her favorite parts of her role is the variety each day brings.

"One minute I'll be helping someone order a new phone, and the next I'll be building someone's new desk, ordering monitors, or updating maps throughout the hospital. I love getting to know so many different employees."

Outside of work, Allyx loves reading, drinking Mountain Dew, and traveling. After exploring Portugal and Morocco last summer, she's looking forward to visiting Croatia and Slovenia this year! βœˆοΈπŸ“š

Her favorite Madisonhealth memory? Participating in our Summer Olympics, where she enjoyed the creative games and even took home a few awesome prizes. πŸ…

Thank you, Allyx, for your hard work, positive attitude, and the many ways you help support our team behind the scenes. We're grateful you're part of the Madisonhealth family! πŸ’™

Events like these help build trust, create connections, and empower our community with knowledge that can make a difference when it matters most.

A special thank you to our local first responders, emergency personnel, and community partners for taking the time to answer questions, share resources, and help families feel more comfortable and confident around the people who are here to help in times of need. πŸ’™
