From January 1, 2026…to now. ✨
This journey has been about so much more than posing practice and stepping on stage. It’s been about resilience, faith, discipline, growth, and finally believing in myself again.
Back in 2021, I trained for my first bodybuilding competition with my incredible coach, Taylor Ashcraft, but became extremely ill just days before show day and never got the opportunity to compete. Life shifted, and for five years I poured everything into building my businesses, serving families, teaching swim lessons, supporting special-needs communities, and raising my three children as a single mother.
But on January 1, 2026, I decided it was time to come back.
Since then, this journey has demanded early mornings, late nights, exhaustion, sacrifice, and relentless perseverance. And in April 2026, I finally stepped on stage for the very first time at the Wasatch Warrior in Salt Lake City — placing 3rd, 3rd, and 4th in three of my four divisions. 💪🏼
Now…Boise June 2026 is next. 🔥
This video is proof that dreams delayed are not dreams destroyed. Sometimes the waiting season is preparing you for something even greater.
And to anyone who feels behind, discouraged, or afraid to begin again — it is NEVER too late. ✨
