🏡❤️ 06/10, I said YES to the address!

As a single mom, I had one goal that never left my heart—to purchase a home before my three teenagers graduated high school.

Today, after years of hard work, faith, setbacks, sacrifices, and perseverance, I received the keys to our new home.

My heart is overflowing with gratitude for my children, family, friends, staff, clients, and everyone who has supported Learn 2 Swim LLC throughout this journey.

A special thank you to Trina at ICCU, Reilly with Idaho Housing and Finance Association, Grant Welch, and the team at AmeriTitle for helping make this dream a reality.

This home is more than a house. It’s a reminder that dreams are worth fighting for, God is faithful, and persistence pays off.

Today, my heart is full. ❤️

Just five years ago, I was flat broke.

I lost my Hot Yoga Studio during COVID, lived on pandemic unemployment, and struggled to stay motivated as a single mom of three kiddos full time!!

But God wasn’t finished.

I started training for my first bodybuilding competition in 2021. Got so ill a few days out that I didn’t get to compete!
I then started my own swim company.
I kept praying.
I kept showing up.
2026, I got to compete NPC Bikini in April and June!!
And this week, my kids and I move into our very first home. 🏡

I wanted to become a homeowner before my children left home…

By God’s grace, it happened.

Philippians has carried me through every season, and Philippians 4:13 will always be my reminder:

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Dream big.
Trust the process.
Keep the mind of Christ.

What feels like a setback today may be the very thing God uses to launch your next chapter tomorrow. ❤️🙏

🔥 Core strength isn’t just about abs—it’s about control, stability, and discipline.

These are a few of the abdominal exercises I focused on during the 6 weeks between my April and June NPC shows:

✅ Bench Bicycle Kicks
✅ Bench Hip Rotations
✅ Bench Side Leg Drops

Together, they helped strengthen my transverse abdominals, obliques, and overall core control.

Every rep may seem small in the moment, but those small efforts add up to big results over time.

💥 The body you want tomorrow is built by the choices you make today.
“Results don’t come from what you do occasionally. They come from what you do consistently.” 🔥💪

🎉❤️ Happy Early 78th Birthday to an Incredible Father, Husband, Grandpa, and Friend June 15!!!❤️

Through love, laughter, hugs, encouragement, strength, and unwavering faith, he has blessed our family more than words can express.
For the past three years, he has faced prostate cancer with courage and determination, yet continues to smile big, love big, tell jokes, lift weights, golf, ski, hike, bike, and inspire everyone around him.
We are so grateful for every memory, every lesson, and every moment. And we are especially grateful for our amazing mom, who has stood by his side every step of the way.
Please keep Dad in your prayers as he continues chemotherapy and creates many more memories with his children and grandchildren.
We love you more than words can express. Happy Birthday, Dad. You are truly one of a kind, and we are so blessed to call you ours. ❤️

🏆 Boise NPC • June 6, 2026 🏆

What a weekend!

5th Place Open Novice, incredible athletes, new friendships, and a reminder that growth is the real victory.

In just 6 weeks between my April and June shows, I gained 3.1 pounds of muscle mass while balancing life as a single mom of three, running multiple businesses, preparing for a move, and pursuing a dream that once felt impossible.

Every early morning, every workout, every meal prep, every pose practice mattered.

Thank you to my coach, my children, family, friends, the judges, event staff, and everyone cheering from home. ❤️

The stage doesn’t just build muscle—it builds confidence, discipline, resilience, and belief in what’s possible.

Don’t wait for life to slow down before chasing your dreams. The people making it happen are doing it while life is busy.

Next goals: More muscle. More growth. Bikini and stepping into Wellness Division!! Let’s go! 💪🔥 💪🏆🔥

✨ Behind every few minutes on stage are hours of preparation, memories, and moments that make the journey special.

From check-ins, tanning, hair and makeup, and early morning alarms to stepping on stage at the NPC Idaho Muscle Classic and NPC Wheelchair Nationals, this weekend was one I’ll never forget.

One of my favorite moments? Taking a break with my son, Malachi, to check out an incredible lineup of Corvettes, meeting amazing people along the way, and sharing a heartfelt hug with one of the hotel cleaning staff who had been so kind throughout the weekend. ❤️

A huge thank you to my incredible 17-year-old son, Malachi, for driving me to Boise, cheering me on, taking photos and videos, and supporting me every step of the way.

As a single mom of three, these moments mean everything. This wasn’t just my second show—it was another opportunity to grow, learn, and prove that dreams don’t have an expiration date.

Feeling grateful, inspired, and already excited for the next competition and the journey ahead. This is only the beginning. 💪✨

💙🏆 INSPIRATION HAS NO LIMITS 🏆💙

One of the most powerful moments from the NPC Idaho Muscle Classic this weekend wasn’t my time on stage—it was watching the wheelchair bodybuilding athletes compete.

Their determination, discipline, resilience, and passion were absolutely incredible. I found myself moved to tears as I watched these athletes demonstrate what true strength looks like.

As someone who has spent years working in therapeutic aquatics and serving individuals with special needs through Learn 2 Swim LLC, it was an honor to meet some of these amazing competitors and witness their journey firsthand.

They reminded me that success isn’t about the obstacles we face—it’s about the courage to keep moving forward despite them.

Thank you to these inspiring athletes for showing us all that limitations don’t define us. Our mindset, commitment, and heart do.
