If you’ve been feeling that little pull toward Reiki… maybe this is your sign to finally follow it.

Reiki I is where we start from the beginning. You don’t need to know anything about energy healing. You don’t need to already “feel energy.” You don’t have to be naturally intuitive or have some special gift.

You just have to be curious and open to learning. 💖

We’ll spend two days together learning, connecting, practicing, receiving your Reiki I attunements, and giving you the space to actually experience Reiki for yourself — not just learn about it.

We spend some time talking and connecting, I guide us through a meditation, and then we pair up so everyone gets time to both practice their Reiki AND receive. ✨

Safe Space?

I’ve started this article several times. I’ve been working on it for weeks, and honestly, I almost didn’t publish it. The topic keeps coming up, in conversations, in my own group, in my own life, so I think it’s something worth a deeper look.

In spiritual communities especially, there’s a tendency to lean toward positive vibes only. I’m not saying positive vibes are bad. However, real growth tends to happen when something is uncomfortable and we can actually name it and move through it, instead of skipping past it toward calm.

I’ve spent many years in spiritual communities, some I’ve led and many I’ve been part of, and one thing I know for sure is that calling something a “safe space” doesn’t make it one.
