Today, with a heavy heart, we share that Consana Health has officially closed its doors.
What began as a vision to make healthcare more accessible grew into a remarkable community of clinicians, patients, partners, and supporters who believed in the power of compassionate, pharmacist-led care. Together, we touched countless lives across the country, providing guidance, advocacy, and support when people needed it most.
While this chapter has come to an end, we are incredibly proud of what was built and the impact we made. Every patient helped, every challenge overcome, and every relationship formed along the way is part of a legacy that will continue long after our final day.
To our pharmacists, care team members, employees, partners, and the patients who trusted us with their care, thank you. Your dedication, resilience, and belief in our mission made Consana Health more than a company; you made it a family.
Closing our doors is not the ending we envisioned, but we choose to focus on the extraordinary journey we shared and the difference we made together. We leave with gratitude, pride, and the knowledge that our work mattered.
