Eight Years. 💕

On February 14 (Valentine’s Day), I am celebrating my 8-year anniversary at S2R Hair Studio.

The last six months have looked different. It’s been just me — no additional stylists — and while the journey hasn’t always been easy, it has been intentional. Entrepreneurship will stretch you, challenge you, humble you, and refine you all at the same time. And yet… here I am, still standing, still thriving, still loving what I do.

What many don’t know is that this journey started long before S2R.
I’ve been doing hair since I was 14 years old, licensed since 1998, and truly raised in the salon. Hair has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember — so to see how life has carried me through this journey has been nothing short of a blessing.

I’m incredibly grateful for every client who has trusted me with their hair, their time, and their loyalty over the years. I’m thankful for every stylist who has crossed my path — each one played a role in the journey, the lessons, and the growth.

This season has reminded me why I started, who I am, and what truly matters. S2R has always been more than a salon — it’s been a place of care, consistency, and connection.

As I look ahead, I see about ten more strong years before I officially retire from behind the chair, and I’m excited about what this next chapter holds. Still evolving. Still grateful. Still committed.
