Checking in with old friends
I went to visit former neighbors in Mound.

My sister was kind enough to drive us by a Nature Conservancy area that I had pulled garlic mustard at while on my evening walks with Gujarat.

Wanted to see if the cutleaf toothwort, Cardamine concatenata held their own. They have made it!!!

Plus a jack-in-the-pulpit just coming up.

It did look like the to argue mansions were dumping leaves and woody materials.

Purchase a 2-sided No-Mow May and Pollinator Garden sign! Durable and beautiful. $16 or less depending on order size.

Not mowing in May allows the spring pollinators to come out and the first of bees, the queens, to find their nesting sites.
