Hospice care is available where ever the patient calls home. This may be their own home, a skilled nursing facility, adult family home or assisted living facility. 💜 Supporting our community throughout 2025 💜

Each number in this report represents something much larger. Behind every statistic is a story — a life well lived, a family strengthened during a difficult time, a child gaining tools for a healthier future, or a staff member seeing the real impact of their work.

Tri-Cities Chaplaincy continues to serve our community across hospice, palliative, grief, support services. Together, this is the impact we made in 2025:

🌿 Hospice & Palliative Care – Supporting individuals with serious illness wherever they call home, as well as at our Hospice House
🌿 Cork’s Place Kids Grief Center – Increased equitable access to grief support across the community and beyond
🌿 Bereavement & Grief Support – 1,001 individuals served through grief support
🌿 Growing Programs & Reach – Expanding services to meet more needs across our community
Thank you to our staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners for making this work possible. Thank you for trusting us to walk alongside you, so together we can help our community live its best life today and into the future.

This week, we recognize the people who quietly show up, listen deeply, and walk alongside others when it matters most.

Our volunteers give their time and presence to support individuals and families through terminal illness, loss, and grief. They bring steadiness, dignity, and human connection into moments that can feel uncertain.

Because of them, our community is better supported and more connected.

To every volunteer, thank you. You help others live their best life.
