Our goal at CrossFit West Richland is to introduce CrossFit to those that have yet to discover the community & the fun. To create a place for current CrossFitters to be welcomed & to continue their training while getting better, faster & stronger. Through hard work, friendly competition & breaking plateaus we will reach communal fitness goals while continuing to push ourselves & each other. Cross

It’s wild to look back on how far we’ve come — three different locations, countless setups, and so many memories built between every barbell and chalk cloud.

Flashback Friday has us remembering those early days — the long nights, the paint fumes, the first pull-ups and PRs — turning empty spaces into a home for hard work.

Big shoutout to Mad May, who’s heading to Portland, Oregon for her first-ever Olympic Weightlifting competition!

Madora’s no stranger to the platform — she’s a seasoned powerlifting competitor, dedicated CrossFitter, and a regular standout at our One Ton Challenge events.
