At some point in the fertility journey, many women stop looking for help.
Not because they don’t care anymore, but because they’re tired.
Tired of trying to sort through conflicting advice.
Tired of wondering what actually applies to them.
Tired of piecing together information from appointments, the internet, social media, books, podcasts, friends, and family.
If you’re also navigating PMOS, endometriosis, or a history of disordered eating, it can feel even harder to know who to trust. Nutrition advice alone can range from helpful to completely contradictory, making it difficult to know what actually supports your body and your goals.
One of the things I hear most often isn’t, “I need more information.”
It’s, “I just want someone to help me understand what applies to me.”
That’s why I do what I do.
Fertility nutrition isn’t about handing you another list of supplement or foods to eat or avoid. It’s about understanding your history, your symptoms, your relationship with food, and your goals so you can make personalized, evidence based nutrition decisions that fit your body and your story.
