🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

🩷 Know your normal. Get familiar with how your breasts normally look and feel, and talk with your healthcare provider if you notice changes such as:
• A new lump or thickening
• Changes in breast size or shape
• Skin changes, dimpling or redness
• Ni**le changes or discharge
• Persistent breast or ni**le pain

🎀 Stay up to date with recommended mammograms. Your age, personal history and risk factors can affect when and how often you should be screened.
