So excited to be collaborating with my friends .stl (Dr. Charlotte Meier) & (Julie Scott) for this event at later this month!

This immersive offering weaves together three powerful healing modalities designed to bring you back to the wisdom of your body.

We’ll begin with gentle somatic movement: slow, intentional sequences that invite you to listen inward rather than perform outward. You’ll be guided to attune to sensations as your body unwinds, releasing stored tension and bringing awareness to subtle energy. (Jessica Caimi)

From there, we’ll move into a transformational breathwork journey: a guided practice that works directly with the nervous system to move us out of stress, freeze, or overwhelm, and into deeper emotional release, clarity, and presence. (Julie Scott)

We’ll close with crystal bowl sound healing and vocal toning: vibrational medicine that meets the nervous system where it is, inviting a deeper settling into the body, integration of all that has moved through, and a return to stillness. (Charlotte Meier)

The topic of trans rights (specifically trans women) has come up quite a bit in some of the spiritual wellness circles I’m a part of, so in case anyone wonders where I stand:

I believe that trans women are WOMEN, and I don’t believe that recognizing this takes anything away from anyone else.

I believe that each person’s liberation is unique, and that their fulfillment contributes to the greater good.

I believe that if there’s ever confusion surrounding a subject, then erring on the side of expansion and compassion is always the right choice.

May we all experience freedom, happiness, and the right to express ourselves without condemnation.

We all have unpredictable moments in life.

Times that fill us with unexpected, overwhelming joy.

Times that bring us to our knees in grief.

It can be beautiful to surrender to the flow knowing there’s medicine in all of it.

But we’re also ALL powerful creators of our own reality.

Magical, intuitive beings with infinite potential.

Casting spells with our thoughts, words, and beliefs.

Projecting our futures through intention and aligned action.

Surrender and creation aren’t contradictory, they’re complementary.

Two sides of the same coin. 💗

One of the coolest things I get to experience in the intuitive work I do is to witness when loved ones come in to remind their living relatives that they’re still with them.

Just like people on Earth, some of them are great communicators, and some of them are still learning.

They retain their personalities in the way they convey their messages, too. Playful, bold, whimsical, funny, wise….no two are the same.

This session from a few years ago was one that really made an impression, not only because this relative had such a powerful way of communicating, but because I was SO nervous to share with my client that Big Bird from Sesame Street had just made an appearance. 😆

What a relief when she immediately knew what it meant!

Mom always joked that she wanted to be reincarnated as some kind of large, awkward bird. The soul is an expansive energy that spirals out across time and space, carrying with it every imprint from this lifetime and others.

Rather than being in our body, our bodies are IN our soul.

The next Monthly Group Energy Clearing & Somatic Practice is happening today at 5 pm CDT.

I’ve been hosting this virtual gathering for over two years now, and have loved witnessing it continue to grow and evolve.

On the first Monday of each month, we come together to gently explore what’s been on our hearts and minds. Through compassionate somatic inquiry and intuitive energy clearing, the space supports deep self-attunement, release, and renewal.

To help invite full presence, the group chat is open but cameras and microphones remain off for participants creating a quiet, supportive container where you can receive while still being held in community.
