Undertaking of a Transformation
Day 6008
There are many layers that have to be peeled.
1. The most obvious weight loss
2. Getting out of our comfort zone, in other words getting rid of "our blankie"
3. Learning is OK for me to be happy.
4. Being in public.
5. Learning I'm not going to die if I don't have my morning mountain dew.
6. Being stronger than our cravings.
7. Getting comfortable in clothes that actually fit (my nemesis)
8. Taking compliments....
9. Smile when you look at yourself in the mirror πͺ
10. Last but not least, being honest with yourself...
These are just a few layers we peel....
