We are kicking off the new year with a BINGO challenge starting Wednesday, January 4, 2023. You have until the end of January to complete it!

The rules are simple and to complete this challenge you need to finish the ENTIRE board. However! There’s no one way to get it done. You can knock it out it row by row, column by column, or even get fancy and hit the diagonal route. It’s totally up to you! Make it your own and get after it.

Requirements to compete:
1. You have to complete 3 sets of whichever route you take for it to count. If you choose a row you MUST do 3 sets of the exercises for that row to count as complete
2. Record, post, and tag us on instagram () as proof that you completed it! Something short is reasonable but it’s an honor system so maintain integrity!
3. Have fun with it, push yourself, and maxxout on effort.

Rewards:
Those that complete it will get a t-shirt and a water bottle!
