Nicole Leigh Henke Yoga is one human trying to help others through the mindfulness practice of the self. Using different techniques such as a variety of workshops, meditations, pranayama, and teaching yoga in many forms- Nicole Leigh Henke is a pure connection to the divine. An enlightening experience can be felt each experience with Nicole through the journey into thy self. To find enlightenment on this earth is a beautiful experience everyone has the opportunity with Nicole.

The babies at Woodville love basketball 🏀 - so I put my painting 🖼“hat” 🎩 on and made it happen! Thanks to Mr.Al for helping put the basketball hoops into the wall safely! When I got to this school the hoops were not put it correctly and unsafe! I had to paint on the backboard and am excited to see how well it promotes motivation and teamwork!🎨
