And sometimes the body needs its own entry point into healing.

I offer individual yoga therapy for adults working through anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, and recovery from substance use — in Richmond and online.

I welcome referrals from therapists, physicians, counselors, case managers, and anyone else supporting a client's wellbeing.

As a Yoga Therapist I work one-on-one with adults navigating anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, and addiction recovery using somatic movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation tools tailored to each person.

Yoga therapy pairs well with psychotherapy, medication management, and other treatment approaches. It's not a replacement for those treatments, it's a body-based complement that is sometimes the missing piece in making a breakthrough.

I'm so excited to share a new FREE resource for the recovery community in Richmond.

I'm partnering with the VCU Health Hub at 25th to offer a Free weekly yoga therapy group for people in recovery and their family members and supporters who love them.

If you work with individuals in recovery or their loved ones, please share this with them. No yoga experience needed, no cost, and no referral paperwork required — just show up.
