🧘‍♀️Join us in the studio on Thursday evenings for Yoga! 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 6:30pm we practice Gentle Yoga with Patricia! Classes involve slower-paced movements that are meditative and soothing, helping to release muscular tension and to gently build balance and strength. ⁠

On the 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month join Ashley for Slow Flow at 6pm! This class is a vinyasa style, slower flow class focusing on foundational poses with options to modify or adapt based on each person’s body and ability. ⁠

⛩️ Taiko has echoed through temples and Shinto shrines in Japan for thousands of years, played to bless the land, invite harmony, and gather people through rhythm and vibration. Taiko creates a strong earth-element frequency—often felt not just in the ears, but in the body—like the steady heartbeat of Mother Earth, gently calling us home to ourselves. ⁠

✨MEET .Taiko - Seith Hwang, Sonna Hwang, & Yumi Hwang have been walking with taiko since 2012. In 2024 they formed aoi Taiko - a mother and daughter taiko unit based in Richmond, VA to share this ancient instrument practice beyond performance—into a space of listening, remembering, and healing.

Taiko is more than music—it’s frequency, movement, and energy work.
