HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
Dear Restore Vitality Naturally Family,
This month, I am traveling to Cape Cod for the NAET Conference to study directly with the elders. It is a thrilling opportunity to learn their secrets, but more than that, it is a beautiful full-circle moment for me. Nambudripads Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET) is exactly how my holistic journey began 30 years ago—though my love for natural healing actually started back in the sixth grade when I first began studying herbs!
My NAET journey officially began when I was hired at Dr. Keyte’s bustling allergy clinic in Washington Township (right on my birthday, no less). Dr. Keyte was a DO who was truly lightyears ahead of his time. His practice was a vibrant blend of conventional and holistic therapies, offering everything from traditional allergy shots and diet programs to biofeedback, Bach flower essences, and NAET acupressure.
To say we were busy is an understatement. At our peak, I was seeing 12 clients an hour—which broke down to three patients every 15 minutes. The pace was intense enough that the repetitive muscle testing eventually left me with a rotator cuff injury, but the experience was entirely life-changing. Dr. Keyte and I formed a wonderful bond, and one day he told me, “If you were a nurse practitioner, I would leave my whole practice to you.”
Those are words I will cherish forever. You know those rare, pivotal people who are placed in your life for a reason, just to nudge you toward your true destiny? Dr. Keyte was that person for me. His encouragement inspired me to go into nursing. I have always believed that there is a hidden beauty in merging Eastern and Western medicine—and sitting right at that crossroads is exactly where the magic lies.
I am filled with so much gratitude for my incredible team—the Restore Vitality family—who keep everything running seamlessly at the store. To Chris and Theresa: They are an absolute blessing, and I am beyond grateful for everything!
Because of there dedication and support, I am able to step away to further my education, continue learning, and get the essential rest I need to recharge. Taking this time to recoup ensures that I can return and provide the absolute best care possible for everyone who walks through our doors.
There is nothing more deeply satisfying to me than helping you all feel better. It is my greatest passion and my highest priority. Life constantly throws challenges and unexpected cards our way, but with God on our side and an amazing community around us, we will keep doing the absolute best we can, together!
We want to let you know that our store is undergoing a few necessary updates this month, and we sincerely apologize if finding your favorite supplements is a little challenging right now. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we navigate these adjustments. Following a recent theft, we had to make some immediate changes to our layout and security to ensure a safe, organized space for everyone. Thank you so much for standing by us during this transition!
