A little cancelation policy reminder.

Over the past week, over 25% of my available CFT appointment time has opened up due to last minute cancelations and missed appointments.

I completely understand life happens, and true emergencies will always be considered on a case by case basis. Because my CFT schedule is typically booked several weeks out, at least 24 hours' notice gives me the opportunity to offer that appointment to someone who has been waiting.

Please feel free to text me any time of the day or night if you realize you need to cancel. My phone is silenced overnight, so you won't disturb me and the earlier I know, the better chance I have of filling your appointment.

Less than 24 hours:
30 min- $25
60 min- $50
90 min- $75

No shows are responsible for the full appointment fee. Prepaid no show appointments are non-refundable.

I truly appreciate you respecting the time I've reserved specifically for you and helping me keep those limited openings available for people waiting to see me.

The last few days have left me quietly overwhelmed.

When I first began this journey, I thought I was learning a hands on skill. Somewhere along the way, it became so much more.

Many of you have trusted me through pregnancies, healing, newborns, grief, recovery and life's ordinary moments in between. Some of you have invited me into your homes. Some of you have entrusted me with your babies hours after they've entered the world. Some of your little ones now go home and do "Sue moves".

These moments make me smile every single time.

This week I stepped back and realized that what you've entrusted me with isn't just your care... You've entrusted me with pieces of your lives. That is an incredible gift and one I never want to take for granted.

If you have ever walked through my door, welcomed me into your home, trusted me with your family (or dog!), tagged me in FB posts or simply believed in what I do, thank you.

You have helped shape me as much as I hope I've helped you.

Families are not only welcomed here—they're embraced. 💛

This sweet little guy accompanied Mom to her 30-week prenatal Craniosacral Fascial Therapy session, fell asleep in the car and after a quick transfer to the couch, he fell back to sleep.

While Mom relaxed and received care, big brother drifted peacefully to sleep, and baby sister popped up under my hands for her very first CFT experience.

At Element Salt Room & Sauna, we understand that caring for mothers often means caring for the entire family. Children are welcome, babies are welcome, and sometimes the sweetest moments happen when everyone simply feels safe enough to rest.

Families are not only welcomed—they're embraced.

One of the most meaningful parts of the week❤️

I had 2 young girls (2 different families), 5 and 7, come with their parents who had CFT appointments. Both girls asked if they could have a little CFT time also.

Not because anyone told them to.
Not because something was "wrong".
But because they recognized CFT makes their bodies feel well and balanced.

In between, they played in the salty "sand" of the salt room, built structures and made themselves right at home while their parents received work.

That kind of awareness doesn't happen by accident. It is something that builds over time.

Learning to notice, learning to trust their bodies and learning that they can ask for what they need...which might be the most important part of all!

Some sessions are less about "fixing" anything and more about helping someone stay steady in a hard season.

This client is walking through a lot right now...navigating a major life transition while holding space for her children, her history, herself.

Today we layered in a little extra support with grounding work and warmth which gave her system space to settle, even briefly.

Sometimes the work is quiet.
Sometimes there's emotional release.
Sometimes these sessions are what's needed to keep moving forward.

Nothing forced, just support when it's needed most.

🤍Little footprints in the salt🤍

This family comes in every few weeks while navigating mold in their home.

Mom is doing CFT and the deeper work of rebalancing her body after it has impacted her system. Her oldest son, a twin, also sees me for CFT for scoliosis support. This has become a rhythm for them.

Breathing support, nervous system calming and sometimes it just feels good to be away from your challenges for a bit.

They are receiving this steady, supportive care through a difficult phase.

My favorite part is still seeing the little footprints in the salt!
