Hey Beautiful,

Question! Have you worked on your word for 2023? This is one of my favorite end of year traditions. It naturally gives space to both reflect on the past year and future plan for the coming year in the selection process. It really wraps the coming year in the energy of well thought out intention for myself and my clients.

That's why I thought it may be beneficial to share a little bit about the words that are resonating with me this year. So far, I am deciding between "Sustain" and "Sculpt" for this season of life right now.

Here's what I have so far:

Sustain acknowledges the position of being more or less on the path to where you want to be (a victory over the COVID era reality of pivoting over and over), it's appreciating the process and pressing forward. It emphasizes the need for staying the course to truly arrive at the desired destination. It's facing the truth that deviating from the course, inconsistency, and major change does not serve this moment. It's a season of holding the line, growing deeper roots, and feeding a promising harvest.

But then I am also really connected to Sculpt....

Sculpt is a beautiful, creative drive to carve one's presence, vision and intention into the world around them. It's intentionally shaping your reality by cutting thru the distraction effortlessly as you craft a masterpiece. It's working your medium, crafting an elevated reality, and refining the vision, it's life-scaping.

It's giving Tuesday!
