My strength and conditioning started with doing yard work as a kid but it still has the same affect on me at 56. Four truck loads to the dump and four truck loads of mulch and completing this yard project in 5 days made body feel like the first week of football practice in pads. 🤣🤣🤣

Connor attends Life Christian Academy and plays football and baseball there. I have worked with Connor for 2 summers. This is his senior year and this season I had a shorter time frame to increase his body weight without increasing body fat along with improving his strength and quickness. Today was week 4 before the football season starts next week. Connor gained 7.2 lbs and maintained his 8.8% body fat. His strength is at his all time high. Connor is an incredible athlete who is trying to play football and/or baseball in college.
