If you are trying to avoid depletion from the heat outside, then add in cooling foods and herbs. Some wonderful examples are mung beans, chrysanthemum, hibiscus, sesame and pears.

The Everyday Holistic method is a system for daily self care, self sovereignty, and gradual development with ongoing support. Consultation is involved but so is coaching.

The cost burden of herbs, organic foods, holistic solutions and supplements is ridiculous. The very things that keep us from getting really sick are so expensive and yet the clinical data keeps emerging how cheaper but processed foods cause disease.
